Preamble
It is, first and foremost, the responsibility and duty of the government of a free people to protect the rights and freedoms of everyone within their jurisdiction–regardless of citizenship, affiliation, or attributable quality.
The purpose of this document is four-fold:Â To list and limit the powers and authorities granted to the governments of this nation, and all subsets thereof; to list and define the minimum standards of responsibility and duty imposed upon all governments within this nation; to guarantee as inalienable and irrevocable certain rights, without which no society can truthfully declare itself free; and to proscribe and codify the ideals and procedures under which this government, and all governments under its jurisdiction, shall be constrained and held accountable.
In our ideals, we envision governments which tirelessly defend the concepts and actions of justice and freedom. In our realities, however, we understand that all governments, over time, progress towards control and tyranny. As a defense against such abominations, it is placed upon those empowered by this document the following benchmarks and responsibilities:
While this document allows for Ammendments, no such Ammendment shall be allowed if it:
a) lessens, restricts, or eliminates a right or freedom of the people as listed below
b) lessens, restricts, or eliminates a responsibility or duty of the government as listed below
c) increases, expands, or adds, a power or authority not listed below.
In the debate of any law, regulation, power, or authority enacted under the jurisdiction and authority of this document, full weight and precedence shall fall upon the side which espouses the greater freedoms of the people and/or lesser authorities of the governments.
As a final defense against tyranny, this preamble shall be exempt from all changes or Ammendments, and shall govern all actions undertaken under the authority of this Constitution.
