Oversight & Restriction

A) Enumeration of restrictions

i) No agent or agency of law enforcement–at any level of government–shall be in any way excempted from the duties and restrictions of this document.

ii) All agents and agencies of law enforcement–on any level of government–shall be wholey and continually bound by the general strictures of this document and the specific strictures stated in this article.

B)  Specific Restrictions

i) During the execution of their duties, all agents and agencies of Law Enforcement shall be held to a higher and stricter interpretation of the restrictions listed in this document and in all legislation and legal precedent derived therefrom.
