The Writ of Enumeration

It is acknowledged and understood that all persons, by the very nature of their being, are endowed with certain inalienable rights.   These rights are not granted by any document, government, or power, but exist purely as a facet of each person’s existence.  Any writ, power, or judgment of government may only acknowledge, clarify, or protect these rights

  1. The rights of all persons to self-sovereignty are irrevocable.    Any law, policy, rule, or judgment seeking to restrain, abridge, or abolish the rights of any individual or group and citing authority based on a lack of mention in this document shall be declared unlawful.
  2. All persons have the right to freely and publicly express their thoughts, beliefs, opinions, and perspectives.  As such, the freedom of expression of any person or organization shall be guaranteed.  The only exceptions shall be made in the case of malicious falsity, sedition, or treason.
  3. All persons have the right to practice their beliefs without interference of the government, so long as such practices do not unduly infringe upon the rights of others.
  4. All persons have the right to privacy.  Such privacy shall include–but not be restricted to–their persons, their property, their possessions, their data, and their expressions.
  5. All persons have the right to defend their person, their kith & kin, and their property.
