Succession & Removal
Succession
With the exception of the Presidency, upon the death or legal removal of any elected representative, the person who received the next greatest number of votes in the most recent election for that seat shall, by default, assume the roles and responsibilities of the vacated office. If that person is dead, incapable of holding the seat, or refuses to accept the seat, the longest-serving representative from that jurisdiction shall appoint a person to fill the seat until the next regular election.
Removal
With the exception of the President, any seated representative may be removed from office by the electorate of the jurisdiction which they represent. The electorate by formal vote of 66% or greater, may remove a seated representative from office.   Should such an event occur, succession shall follow the rules laid out above.
