Privacy will be explicitly codified into the Constitution of Geekistan.

Privacy includes a person’s data, identifiable information, and person.

A person can not be forced to provide any private data without an explicit court order.   This includes biological samples.  Such samples include, but are not limited to, blood samples, DNA, fingerprints, or breath.
